You can log in to the PRIS system from the Internet at https://www.haahtela.fi/pris-res-kirjautuminen. The site opens to a login view where you enter your username and password in the designated fields. After this, the user is automatically directed into the Haahtela PRIS system.
If the user also has access to other services provided by Haahtela-kehitys Oy, a menu will open after logging in, from which the Haahtela PRIS service is selected. After selecting the service, the program directs the user to the last used project (new user to the added project).
Note! If the password is forgotten, it can be changed via the “Change password” link on the login page.
Adding and Editing Personal Information
When a new user logs into the PRIS system, the program asks to complete the user’s contact information via a flashing link on the homepage. The link is visible on the homepage until the required information is provided. From this window, you can also edit your password. Notifications of document changes for the specific project can be blocked by checking the checkbox. In this window, you can also choose whether to display all groups of document folders by default, or only the first group of each folder. Fields marked with a red star are mandatory.
The password can be changed by pressing the “Change” text, which sends a password change link to the user’s email address, allowing the desired password to be set.
Below your personal information, there are usage-related options:
Notifications of document changes can be allowed or blocked via the respective option.
The user can also choose whether to display all groups of the directory tree folder by default.
Choose whether to receive confirmation of copy orders (and collection of the copy order from the copy shop) to your own email.
The user can also complete their information from the Project Information window by pressing the “i” button in front of their name, which opens the same Personal Information window. When opening information for other users, it can only be viewed. The main user can also edit other users’ information.
