The administrators of the user organization always grant access to the program, buildings, and program sections.
Suppose you already have a User ID for the program, but you need access to either new buildings or other program sections in your work. In that case, you can contact, for example, the person who initially added the User ID to you or another administrator in the organization.
The Haahtela Service Desk only adds user IDs and user permissions during the program's implementation.
