Typically, the suspended state begins when the project is received + 1-2 months or when the warranty period ends + 1-2 months. Mainly, user permission / access are usually left to the client’s own organization, and other individuals are removed from the project’s users. Information and/or documents are not actively stored/retrieved. The features of the project bank function normally in suspended status. A link to a Zip-file of the project’s documents can be ordered . A user who is the admin user of the project can return the project to active status.

Archived Project

Typically, the archived state begins when documents or other information no longer need to be retrieved, stored, and shared. Archived status means that project documents cannot be downloaded from the project, and new documents and/or information cannot be added to the project.
