The Content of the program
Haahtela PRIS™ is a web-based document management system that serves as a channel for sharing and transferring information among project participants, allowing users to store, share, and review documents. PRIS™ supports site diaries, TR/MVR measurements, and recording project news. Additionally, the program includes email dispatches, electronic copy orders, and a tender request feature.
Technical Requirements and Compatibility
The system operates over an internet connection. We recommend using Chromium-based browsers, such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. The compatibility of document storage formats with applications used in the project must be ensured on a project-by-project basis.
Logging in
You can log into Haahtela PRIS at https://pris.haahtela.fi. Or haatela.fi and select "Log in to Haahtela PRIS™ and RES™ services"
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Change password” link, and follow instructions
Structure of the User Interface
The top menu contains various functions of the program, such as Project Selection, Document Log, Distributions, Drawing List, Instructions, Termination, and Settings. The left side contains the directory tree and functions such as Project News, Schedule Monitoring, and site operations. Stored documents can be found in the directory tree and managed within the given permissions.

Instructions in Finnish, Swedish, and English can be found behind the respective heading, along with additional program information and Helpdesk contact details.
Project Selection
The Project function in the top menu allows you to browse or change projects and view their information.
After selecting a project, the Welcome page will display the project's latest changes and any updates to the program. You can review previous changes by selecting a login session from the dropdown menu. If there are unreported changes, they can be sent at this stage. Changes made by others since your last visit are displayed under your own changes.
