Project News

All created copy orders and their state, the email addresses entered by the user, the user’s eTenders, the eMessages sent by the user as well as the project-related news items added by the users are visible in the Project news section. The user can add a news item by clicking the -icon. The user can view copy orders or previously created news items by clicking their respective row. A help text explaining the function of a symbol can be made visible by moving the mouse cursor over a symbol.

The user can delete a news item created by the user themself by clicking the ”D” icon in front of the item.



It is possible to search for a particular news item, copy order, email, or eTender from the Project news by typing a search word. The search finds matches on all the data fields of the Project news.


Meaning of the symbols/buttons:

 = the copy order has not been fetched yet, no action

 = the copy order has not been fetched within 24 hours from ordering; by clicking the button, a reminder of the copy order is sent to the copying company

 = the copying company has fetched the copy order

 = news item, no action

 = comments are requested for the news item, no action

 = the news item contains an attached file; by clicking the button, the attachment opens.

 

 

Adding news

The following window appears after the user clicks add news-icon:

The user can write a news item in the text field reserved for it. It is also possible to attach files to the news item. Furthermore, the user can request comments and confirmations for the news item. PRIS can also send notifications concerning the reading of the news item.
