Project administrator
In Haahtela PRIS™, the project administrator published from the Rakennuttamistieto system is the publisher of the project. If the Rakennuttamistieto system is unavailable, Haahtela-kehitys Oy will assign the administrator as per the customer's instructions. Projects can have multiple administrators, and the administrator can set the administrator rights (project management rights) to the other project parties either when adding a new person to the project, or by using the User rights functionality.
The project administrator has
- rights to add new users to the project
- determine user access and information
- delete users from the project
- edit the default payer information for the project and copies
- edit duplicates in a project
- modify the directory structure of the project
The administrator of the organization
Haahtela Development Oy will appoint the first organization administrator. An organization can have many organization admins, and the organization admins can grant other parties the same rights (organization management rights) to manage the organization's user permissions.
In addition to project admins privileges, an organization admin can
- view another user's release key (Kiinteistötieto)
- sets the project to sleep or archive
- establish a project/site in Haahtela PRIS ™
- modify the default directory structure
The organization admins also obtains access to all projects in the organization automatically.
